This renovation happened in a 1930's downtown Toronto semi detached home on a quiet lane. The mission was to totally gut and renovate the interior of the home to modernize the aesthetic and breathe new life into the existing elaborate and Italianate space. Previous owners had invested in faux finishing and faux marbling the home which we replaced with calm neutrals, beautiful white maple floors, and updated bathrooms. The end result was a beautiful contemporary home that the home owners adore.
