As part of an extensive home renovation, the homeowners added solar panels to generate electricity for their home. In designing the home's interior, we were mindful to select finishes to support this goal. The 36" Thermador Induction cooktop is the perfect example. Using induction technology, this electric cooktop is light years ahead of the electric cooktops of the past. The Wolf E series steam oven also reflects a health-oriented lifestyle of this family. The cabinets were constructed of non-added formaldehyde material that also supported the homeowners' environmental goals. The beautiful light fixtures are all LED. The countertops are a combination of quartz and marble.

The challenge in designing the kitchen was a fairly narrow footprint. The island size was important for proper scale in the space. By adjusting the size of the bar cabinets, the entire kitchen works beautifully.
