Hill Residence

This estate, located in an exclusive gated community along the Provo River, required a strategic re-do while preserving elements the owners valued. This owner was great to work with because she knew plant and tree material and made great contributions to the design process.
Cluster of pastel perennials and annuals flank a lush lawn and transition into a dry stack rock wall which extends across the front of the lawn. Large columnar trees add dimension and scale to the front of the house.

This radiused sitting area, capped with a polished granite, draws the attention to the meticulous design of the gas fireplace. Timber trellising adds vertical interest while allowing the vines and arborvitae to provide a living wall and privacy.
