The owners commissioned Platinum Landscape to design and develop a truly unique yard full of custom elements reflecting the qualities the owners valued. A custom wood burning pizza oven, designed after the old steel ovens at Geneva Steel is the centerpiece in the back patio, sitting above a stream that meanders from a hill on the corner of the property. Custom timber trellis and swing sets were made by a local artisan and finished with naugahyde straps. Another artisan crafted custom metal swings, bridge railing, pizza oven and mail box holder. This one acre property is full of interest and the many locations offer areas of privacy, solace and ultimately, peace. A hidden gem, patterned after a mountain lake, is located at the back of the property, nestled in amongst large granite boulders and evergreen trees.
