The house is designed to take advantage of solar access for thermal comfort and natural ventilation for summer cooling.
Built well with insulation and with dynamic use of double-glazed window and thermal mass by way of polished concrete and clerestory windows, supported with 20k litre water tank collection and 4.3 kw PV solar system, the owner provides some insight of how it is to live in a sustainable home.
