The owners, architect and craftsmen involved in this project all felt they were stewards of the past with the mission of preserving Lea House for future generations. This historic turn-of-the-century oceanfront summer home sits prominently on nineteen acres with a horse barn, arenas and paddocks. In addition to the existing 9,800 square foot home, a three car garage and 1,500 square foot addition were added to incorporate a new kitchen, casual dining, family room and screen porch.
