Remodel/addition to my own home. We added a little over 1,000 square feet. From the street the house still reads as a one story home but from the backyard the two story tower-like addition dominates. The upper floor of the addition is a couple's suite, the main floor is a sun room with a 10' NanaWall that opens onto a new deck, and the lower level is a new bedroom. A small addition on the front increased the size of the dining room and also created a much needed covered porch.
