This 1931 home was in need of updates and love. The whole house was stripped down to the studs and put back together. The kitchen and bathrooms were all updated. The bedrooms were cleaned up and enlarged. A new gable addition on the second floor created a proper couple's suite (bedroom/bathroom/walk-in-closet) and, along with a new black and white exterior color scheme, reinvigorated the exterior. Also on the exterior, new glass railings and a remodeled deck (we made it smaller so that it worked better), create the perfect space to enjoy incredible views. The attached garage was converted to living space and a new two-car garage was built at the bottom of the sloping site. As this project was for a developer, we're fortunate enough to have stellar photos of the home before and after the remodel.
