Kitchen Apocalypse 2018

We removed the walls separating the dining room, kitchen, and living room. We also moved the wall between the laundry room and the kitchen about 12" to make the kitchen bigger. Previously the laundry room and the kitchen were roughly the same size! In a previous remodel we reconfigured a bedroom and combined a small half bath and two closets to create a primary suite with a bedroom, 3/4 bath, and walk-in closet.

Quick screen captures from the 3D model helped the client understand what their kitchen would look like post-construction. I also always include these types of images in the construction documents so that everyone on site has a clear understanding of what the final space will feel like.
