The owners of this Irvington bungalow loved cooking and hoped to update their crowded, dated kitchen. We opened up the wall between the kitchen and dining room to create an informal dining area and allow natural light to flow throughout. The new space provided room to extend the kitchen and add a spacious baking station. We also remodeled two bathrooms that were in need of a refresh. During this project we created a updated layout that functions for the young family's needs while staying within the existing footprint of the house.
