The customer came to me wanting to expand her laundry room which is located behind doors in her kitchen. The cabinets were ready to be replaced so she decided to do the entire kitchen at once. We went with a beautiful natural alder cabinet door with a black glaze. Since the ceiling was vaulted and the customer did not want to disturb the wood plank ceiling, we bumped the laundry room out up to 8' which created a nice ledge for the customer's decorative lighthouses. The whole room became warmer and more inviting.
