This gorgeous remodel took a lot of time and hard work by all involved, including the homeowners, but it sure was worth it. We were able to utilize their unused formal dining room space to add square footage to the kitchen. We decided to remove the bump-out in the dining room, straighten the wall and add a bay window along with two more casement windows to provide more natural light. There is an abundance of storage space with the new hutch area, a wet bar where the old sink used to be and a large island with seating and a drop down for table height seating.
