The kitchen and family room were remodeled within the existing footprint with the wall opened between kitchen and family room. Custom cherry cabinetry, Zodiaq quartz countertops and ceramic tile backsplash were installed. A custom stainless steel pedestal was constructed for the table base. Stainless steel dowels were installed to create unique wine rack. A custom cherry entertainment center was installed in the family room. A skylight shaft was constructed in the family room with a recessed ceiling detail and 2-Velux skylights were installed. New Pella windows were installed in the kitchen and family room. New stone facing and hearth stone were installed to the family room fireplace. The existing family room wood floors were refinished.
