This space was an unfinished lower level. The areas constructed were a bar/kitchenette, media area, gaming area, wine cellar and bathroom. Approximately 1,200 sq. ft. were finished. Custom cherry cabinetry, granite countertops and stone floors were installed throughout the finished areas. The staircase was opened on 2-sides and a handrail assembly was installed. A gas fireplace with a custom stone mantel surround was installed. The lower level was zoned separately using an electronic damper system.
