This home had a full bathroom and powder room on the 1st floor. The powder room was situated in the footprint of the new wet bar. The perimeter walls and wood floor were removed from the area of the powder room creating the space for the new wet bar. Custom cabinetry matching the existing kitchen and family room cabinetry were installed. Porcelain tile flooring, granite countertop and Travertine backsplash finish the space.
