The project was originally conceived as a masterplan and built in phases. A masterplan allows clients to do long term budgeting on project phasing and to live in their homes while construction takes place.

This is a masterplan for a Tudor home in the Laurelhurst neighborhood of Portland. Phase 1 was the basement remodel which included a family room, a guest bedroom and bathroom and a laundry/storage area. Phase 2 included remodel of of the upper level of the house including master suite, children's bedrooms/bathroom and office. Remodel included designing new access to master suite to replace non-code staircase. Phases 1 & 2 are complete. Phase 3 includes remodel of the kitchen and the family room on the main level and includes two small additions. Photos below are for Phases 1, Phase 2 & 3 photos to come.
