Our Whitby based clients made the great decision to finish their basement and increase their usable living space. They chose CCR Renovations to complete this project.
We started with a blank canvas and created various ‘zones’ that are both comfortable, clean and an efficient use of space, where the family can ‘kick back’ and relax.
Entertaining is so much fun! The large, open concept area was complemented with a custom, media unit – great for watching the game - and wet bar complete with sink, fridge and storage for snacks and beverages of all kinds! The large windows flooded the basement with natural light!
A roomy shower room, with walk-in shower, large vanity and open storage is an ideal addition after a tough workout or just a long day at the office. Jack & Jill doors lead to the main rec room as well as a handy extra bedroom, complete with egress window, for those overnight guests that don’t want to leave!
