Our Ajax based clients chose CCR Renovations to complete a full update of their 4 bed/4 bath detached home. We got to work and turned the previously tired spaces into veritable works of art. In order to create a better flow for their home, we removed the load bearing wall between the kitchen and dining rooms. We then updated their entire home with a new, solid maple kitchen (with crown moulding), hardwood flooring throughout, laundry as well as complete overhauls in the ensuite, main bath and powder rooms. The dated, ‘popcorn’ ceilings throughout the property were removed and replaced with pot-lights and a smooth finish. Finally, the space was finished off with a beautiful staircase featuring decorative wrought iron balusters, treads and handrail, stained to match the new flooring.
