This remodel of a formerly dark basement expanded the walk-out basement under an existing porch and drastically opened up the space to light and to the yard. The space includes traditional details to flow with the rest of the house along with built-in shelving for the Owner's collections of books, DVDs, and LEGO. There is now a functional and airy butcher block desk area for building with LEGO or crafts.
