Ambler Design was invited to provide the concept master plan for this new residence on Luce Hill. A scenic location, with commanding views the landscape character provides a classic, yet casual style that supports the setting, scale and finish of the home. Natural stones and boulders tie the home to it's mountain setting, while plant beds soften the hardscapes and offer color to the setting. A main entry courtyard is framed by the home, garage and car bar, which screen the commanding views to the East, which are preserved until passing through the home to the rear terrace. A sunken fire pit is set into the main terrance, while the owners can enjoy a soak in the hot tub set unto the master bedroom terrace.
