This gorgeous contemporary home is the result of a whole house design/rebuild project by the Fred Parker Company, Inc. in the beautiful Overton Park Area of Fort Worth. Ron Parker, Certified Master Builder and AIBD Building designer collaborated with Richard Berry, Associate AIBD Building Designer and Lila Parker, ASID Licensed Interior Designer to work with the clients in creating this incredible home. The design build team created plans of the existing structures, redesigned and engineered all improvements and renovations, and included major reconstruction of existing spaces, and a complete roof redesign. New additions include an enlarged Family Room, New Master Bedroom and Master Bath, Outdoor Living Area and Kitchen, and a large upstairs Game Room, Bedroom and Bath. New Andersen Windows and Doors were installed and all energy and audio video systems were updated. The property was landscaped and a brick slurry was applied to the existing brick.
