The owners wanted a new second story over the central entry dining and living rooms for two new bedrooms and single bath – this was accomplished along with new deck balconies at the front and rear of the house, a two story stair entry hall, higher ten foot tall ceilings in the dining and living rooms and new concealed subterranean wine cellar.
