Curb Appeal
As you enter the front door, you're greeted with a beautiful figured walnut drop-zone cabinet and shoe-changing cabinet with a new powder room on the left. New hardwood floors through lead to the living room to the right.
Entry
The living & dining room area of the house was totally re-built with higher ceilings and La Cantina bi-fold doors. These open to a new ipe wood deck surrounding a heritage Oak tree facing a large spacious back yard. The open kitchen with central island makes for easy entertaining.

Looking from the dining room into the kitchen, an expressive Heraculeum pendant light defines the dining area with built-in cabinet and wine cooler. The kitchen features a large central island and plenty of windows for light and cabinets for storage.

The living room features a custom built-in entertainment cabinet next to a porcelain tile clad gas fireplace. LaCantina bi-fold doors swing or fold completely open to the adjacent ipe deck. New ceilings at fourteen-feet make a large yet comfortable volume.

The open high ceiling great room is designed for entertaining and relaxing. The skylight at the right hand wall allows sunlight to wash down the face to artwork below, and has operable skylights to vent heat out during the summer.

The master bath features a two-person sized shower with adjacent water closet with a large double-sink vanity loaded with storage.

Loaded with storage, the double sink vanity ends in a substantial linen cabinet and open shelves for towels. A Pentalquartz countertop has two Duravit sinks with Hansgrohe faucets and flush mirrors with hidden medicine cabinets. The LED overhead light is by Artemide.

The great room at night from the backyard with the new kitchen at the far right. The remodel and addition was designed around a large heritage oak tree. A new ipe outdoor deck sits flush with the wood interior floor.
