Complete remodel of an original 1960's lake view house on Mercer Island. Our clients - with two young children - wanted functional, cleanable and bright open spaces with a modern farmhouse flair. We took some space from the extra deep garage to transform the galley laundry and tiny powder rooms into large usable spaces. We even managed to offer our client a mudroom :)
