Clean, crisp tile and a fresh new space. Working with basement ceiling height limitations, the wall/shower tile was extended onto the shower ceiling, and a rainshower shower head was installed as the tallest option.

A lower than ideal ceiling height and an average to taller than average couple was our biggest design challenge in this (and many) basement remodels. We installed a handheld Hansgrohe shower, along with a rain shower recessed into the ceiling to maximize space in this glass-walled shower.

Penny round mosaics add a pop of color to our crisp white tiled shower. Using the same quartz as the vanities and window sills, the sills of the shower niches add just a little more space, and a clean finish.

New suspended staircase leading from the kitchen to the downstairs master suite and family room. Tearing out the old, shakey, not deep enough for a comfortable stroll up or down stairs was one of the last and most exciting changes to this space.
