The currently spiral stairs did not meet todays stair codes as far as spacing of balusters and between each step. Today codes require no more than a 4" space between balusters and from tread to tread. This is a kit from Salter Spiral Stairs. Takes about 4 to 6 weeks to get. About 2 to 3 days to assemble depending on skill level.
