The owners of this brick colonial loved their neighborhood but felt their longtime home lacked curb appeal. Additionally, the busy professionals wanted to create a third floor space to accommodate a home office and serve as a getaway retreat above the treetops. In addition to the development of the interior on the third floor, dormers, a covered front entry, custom shutters and masonry inserts were added to the front elevation to enhance the street view of the home. Intricate exterior millwork details were included to enhance the homes new appearance.
