A curb-appeal renovation that included removing damaged EIFS (synthetic stucco) and replacing it with a combination of thin stone veneer, fibercement siding and composite trim. A number of architectural elements were added including pre-cast concrete window mantles, operable composite shutters, true-divided light windows and an assortment of moldings.
