Old North Bungalow

In this renovation, we were able to reuse some very special pieces in a new way. This is a main floor renovation in Old North. In these small bungalows, keeping the historical charm is goal number one, followed by capturing light and creating storage. We installed new engineered flooring troughs, changed the stair location in the back of the house, opened up the kitchen, created an accessible bathroom and made custom built-in cabinets for the master bedroom.

The vanity is OC-28 Balboa Mist, with the Silestone quartz top- Arabesque. By the way, the cabinet doors have a chamfer on them, rather than the typical shaker doors making them easier to clean.
