Pass-a-Grille Intercoastal Home

This home is on the inter-coastal waterway in St. Pete Beach Florida. It is in a flood zone. The architect designed a split-level plan to minimze the tall narrow profile that frequently appears on a narrow lot in flood zones. The entry and main living area are at the base flood elevation with bedrooms placed above the garage and set to the rear above the main floor. The structure is reinforced concrete block with a rain screen and Hardie Color-plus siding applied over the block.
