Snell Isle Mediterranean

This home is JMWolf's first. Built in 1994 on the waterfront of St Petersburg, this 10,000 sq. ft. home was custom designed and built for a family of four and any visiting relatives.

The main entry doors are hand crafted cherry wood. the rails are custom made wrought iron forged locally, the entry foyer is open to a tower over the second floor.

Second floor area opens to the entry foyer below. The chandelier hangs from a windowed alcove. The chandelier is mounted on a lift that lowers it to the floor for bulb replacement and cleaning.

the cabinets and floor are stained in cherry. Hand painted tiles create and basket scene for the stove top alcove. While hand painted leaves surround the counters as a back splash. The cherry cabinets were custom made at a local shop.

The front entry opens to an area that contains the main staircase. The iron railings were handcrafted into geometric shapes and lilies.
