Shore Acres Remodel

This was a whole-house remodel. We reconfigured the entry and created an entry courtyard. We replaced all the windows and doors with aluminum-clad impact rated wood units. We added a balcony to the master bedroom and added eight foot high sliding doors to increase the view to the water. The area below the balcony became a bump-out to the living room. The bump-out serves as a comfortable reading area or a private conversation area off the great-room/living room area. We enclosed a side porch and added that space to the greatroom.
