Pimlico II – Full Flat Refurbishment
Location: Flat 4, 2 Moreton Place, London, SW1V 2NP
This recently completed project was a full refurbishment of a third and fourth floor flat in a beautiful Victorian building in the heart of Pimlico, within the Borough of Westminster. Originally built in the late 1860s, the property forms part of a five-storey conversion with three other flats in the building.
Our client had just purchased the property and approached us to completely reimagine the space. The brief included major layout changes across both levels to improve flow, functionality, and overall comfort.
On the fourth floor, we designed and delivered two well-proportioned double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. With just 280 sq ft of space to work with, careful planning was essential — our collaboration with Andrius was key to unlocking a smart, efficient layout that didn’t compromise on comfort or usability.
On the third floor, we opened up the existing layout to create a bright, open-plan kitchen and living room. A new washroom and laundry room were also added to enhance functionality.
The project included:
• Full rewire and new electrics
• Brand new plumbing and heating system
• New sash windows
• Damp proofing works
• Bespoke joinery and clever space-saving storage solutions
We’re particularly proud of the high-quality finishes throughout. The painting and decorating work was immaculate, giving the entire flat a clean, contemporary look while respecting the building’s original character.
