We reconfigured the existing floor plan to help create more efficient useable space. The kitchen and dining room are now one big room that is open to the great room, and the golf course view was made more prominent.

One goal was to relocate the ½ bath into an area that made sense and was more usable. We rearranged the sleeping area of the home to make the existing bathrooms more usable and gave the family more closet space. We were able to not only find a better location for the ½ bath, but we were able to make it a full guest bath. We also converted a large office into a full bedroom which increased property value.

We removed a large masonry fireplace in the middle of the house and put in a modern unit, which made space for an additional closet in the master bedroom.

The final design allowed us to give the homeowner the open floor plan, with 3 full usable bathrooms, more storage and closet space all within the existing floor space just as they wanted.
