A fresh new look was created for this lakeside condo which had lots of dark wood paneling and a very outdated feeling. The stunning lake views and sunsets inspired he color scheme of soft greens and warm gold tones with an accent of persimmon. A custom area rug with concentric circles gives a nod to the client's love of water as does the window treatment and accent chair fabric which features a lotus pattern. Gold limestone was used for the fireplace surround and foyer floor. The result is an airy, fresh, relaxing environment where the clients spend the summer months.
