Curbing: 100 linear ft of 5’’ thick granite curb.

ISSUES:
Driveway: Several potholes and some cracks on the driveway.
Right side of the driveway: Problems when it rained because water headed the neighbor’s yard.
Drains: The house has two pipes on both sides of the house it didn't look good because water came out toward the driveway.
Our Solutions:
Driveway: Ripped out old asphalt and graded the surface. Added new asphalt and flattened it with a ton roller. Repaved driveway eliminating cracks.
Right side of the Driveway: Installed Granite curbing on the right side of the driveway to route the water in another direction different to the neighbor’s yard.
Drains: Installed pipes under the driveway heading them to one area of the yard. Getting dissolve the water in the same ground.
