This project involved remodeling two small baths in a condominium on Queen Anne Hill in Seattle. The 3/4 bath had a minimal shower where we used large scale travertine-looking porcelain tiles and a teak bench that was wall mounted. The vanity sink was an unusual size that required a custom sized vanity cabinet. This one has two drawers that were made to work around the plumbing below the sink. Polished nickel pulls from Kohler were added. The full bath had an existing tub with a knee wall rather than a full wall so we used a swivel glass panel to keep the shower water in the tub. Floor tile was a textured porcelain and the wainscot was made from large scale ceramic tiles with a herringbone glass mosaic accent. The Ronbow vanity has a sink top that is one piece. Tall medicine cabinets were used for extra storage as well as a hotel shelf for towels. George Kovacs light fixtures straddle the mirror for balance light.
