This newly single client needed to create a forever home where she could be comfortable with friends and family.
A modern basement bathroom, designed to support her visiting parent, has a moody blue shower surround with grey hex tile that spans the floor, creating a visually larger space. The oak vanity adds warmth and structure, while the sconces keep the bathroom bright.

The cheerful laundry room adds function and much-needed storage, while extra space beneath the steps carved out a quiet spot for the cat. To mask exposed pipes, a designated home for the tv was designed to inspire calm and beauty to give our client a soft place to land after long days at work.
