CONTEMPORARY LAKE VIEW — This perfectly perched Minneapolis, MN condo sits between two highly sought-after Uptown lakes. Our homeowners wanted to open up the kitchen to entertain in style while showcasing the spectacular corner unit lake views.
Removing the three walls that surrounded the kitchen changed everything. What began as closed-in and conservative now reads as contemporary, with clean, sharp lines to complement the view. Two-toned cabinetry, slab-style doors and straight moldings carry the style throughout. The island’s raised deep-gray quartz bar top cantilevers over the corner and waterfalls to the floor.
The design allows for openness, yet by request, keeps each area separate by function. Updated large-format tile in the kitchen follows the ceiling line, helping to visually designate the other areas of the condo that we also remodeled with the same attention to detail.
