This project reimagined an unsafe deck into an elegant space merging functionality and aesthetics. Key features include a drop-down projector screen for a seamless theater experience, panoramic views of the backyard and Holy Hill, and matching transom windows to complement the home’s design. Superior craftsmanship is evident in the 168-inch radius curve and single-piece curved gutter. Innovative solutions, like hydro excavation and spray foam insulation, overcame site challenges to create a year-round, energy-efficient retreat.
