This client loves to entertain and the the former kitchen & den were dark and separated by a wall. The fireplace blocked the view of the water behind the house from the front door. The wall between the kitchen and den was removed, a large island was created, a new focal point was created on the back wall with the range, the fireplace was reduced in size and given a sleek look and the hall bathroom was gutted. Now the client has what they wanted, a great place to entertain their friends and family or just enjoy a glass of wine and a great view together. This North Dallas kitchen and den is truly unique and beautiful and we were very fortunate to work with these clients and look forward to working with them again.
