Sugarbush Multispace Remodel

This light and bright kitchen got a major refresh! We painted, put in new counter tops & back splash, wood floors, sink and much more! It was dark before and is now bright and updated! Our clients needed some organization, some more storage and a larger “drop zone” for their three children, so Team Hatfield went to work! The “drop zone” was an eye sore and a mess all the time, so our clients wanted a way to somewhat conceal and organize it. With three children, they definitely needed a larger drop zone and possibly some shoe storage. Additional storage space was a must! If space allowed, they would really like a place for their dog food, too.
In the master bath, the tile and fixtures felt dated and the couple desired a more clean lined space. We used a color palate of white, gray, and brushed nickel to fill the space with a fresh crisp look.

The Jack and Jill bathroom that was shared by two of their daughters. They wanted a timeless, classic look and feel, to match the rest of the house. The walls were painted Pearl Gray (SW0052), which were perfect with the Carrara marble white hexagon tumbled marble mosaic floor tile. Classic white ceramic subway tile was installed on the shower walls and on the vanity backsplashes. Stylish 3-light satin nickel contemporary lights were hung over each vanity with a beautiful Charleston brushed nickel 13 ½” ceiling light was installed in the shower area, giving the perfect bit of light and a little bling to these girls new classic bathroom. The girls love their bright new shower and vanity areas and love getting ready in their new bathroom every day!

In the laundry room before, there was a broom closet behind the door, which the clients felt was not necessary, so we moved the water line and electrical and were able to put the refrigerator there. This gave them additional countertop space, both upper and lower cabinet storage, as well as a hanging rod. We were able to move the sink below the window once the plumbing was moved, too! The original sink was very shallow, so they had requested a deeper sink for the laundry needs, so we installed a new deep undermount sink. Quality Cabinets in a cotton finish look beautiful with the brushed nickel cabinet hardware and cast iron accent hooks. The clients are ecstatic about their new laundry room and love their additional storage and neat and organized drop zone!
