This home was a full, down to the studs, renovation right on the beach. As a bachelor, our client requested masculine, comfortable, beach house vibes without having it feeling like a bachelor pad. We started with the cedar siding as inspiration and brought in black trim and copper accents to make the structure of the cottage pop. We brought in soft neutrals with layers of texture to add a cozy feel. Guest rooms received pops of color to give them their own identity for when friends and family come to visit. We also incorporated lots of beautiful stone throughout - green marble vanities and pops of travertine in the shower, floors, and fireplace. We accentuated the beach house vibe with white walls and light wood flooring. Carefully selected furniture is constructed of warm wood, leather, and soft neutrals. We even imported a gorgeous workout system from Germany to create a home gym in the living room - and enjoy the ocean views.
