Total renovation of a small 1960's beach cottage on Long Island Sound. We opened up the southern wall to expand the water views from inside while allowing loads of natural light and ventilation to fill the rooms. A custom sunshade helps filter the hot summer sun. The renovated space is now clean and bright... a more contemporary cottage that maximizes the water view from inside and out.
