The house is located in a dense residential area, which is about a few minutes' walk away from the train station. Surrounded closely by it’s neighborhood, privacy was a big concern. Thus, the concept was to build up high walls around the living space, where a home, a balcony and a garden are.

The atrium acts as the core of the building, facing the balcony on the second floor. Bedrooms and a bathroom surround the central atrium, where light filters in. As a result, the view outside the rooms range from a gorgeous blue sky, a stunning green garden to pure white walls.

Indeed, it is possible to enjoy seclusion here, where one can forget overcrowded surroundings and appreciate the calmness of the courtyard.
