This master suite renovation in Coral Gables created a relaxing getaway for the owners of the home. A fresh palette of aquas, creams and whites along with separate vanities and a shower large enough for two allow for space to spread out and be together. Crema marfil marble throughout combined with a stone and glass combination accent tile add a softness and warmth to surface materials that typically feel cold and hard. We added ample storage within the his and hers vanities- drawer space for each, a hamper, some smaller accessory drawers, and vertical space for towels. We created a private water closet room as well, and added some storage for items there above the toilet. Shower features include brushed nickel fixtures, a shampoo niche, a small shaving bench and linear drain. Luxury details to complete the space include a frameless shower enclosure, toekick lighting, high-end vanity sconces, and tiled-in mirror detailing. We also refinished the flooring in the master bedroom and increased the closet by taking space from another bedroom and adding bypass louvered doors.
