Sleek | New Construction

Contemporary design can also be warm and cozy. This new construction building features large black windows throughout the home bring in plenty of natural light, and with the spacious rooms it is perfect for entertaining. Upon entry your eye sees the show stopping stair railing and a peek into the Kitchen space that features a combo of painted & stained cabinets and waterfall edge details.

To complement the Kitchen we designed an asymmetrical fireplace feature wall to allow for a raised fireplace, TV viewing and bookcase display on the opposite side of the Main Level space.
