The conversion of this home in South Miami can only truly be appreciated when comparing the before and after photos. The couple, who had raised their two children – now teenagers in the home, desired a completed facelift and new take on their home. Like many modern family’s today, they weren’t using their formal dining room or sitting area, which was a considerable amount of space for a small home. The design solution was to use the Dining space as a cozy den with a textured fireplace wall that the Dining Area could also share. The main color way was fresh and bring with white, cream and accents of teal.
