This downtown rustic loft, converted to a cozy residence for a small family who just brought home twin girls. Efforts were made by the design team to strike what is both a stylish Mid-Century goldmine of the Modern Classics, and yet a safe place for the children to explore. The color way was a warm palette of beige and orange accented by pale blues. The Custom lighting fixtures both over the Dining table and Entry wall over the brick give the small space a warm glow. The space was the cover of New York Spaces July 2008 issue.
