The intent for the design of this 3,000 sf home was for a modern, mostly single-story, with a partial second story and a 3-car garage. Maximizing the views of Mt Bachelor, Broken Top and South Sister were a high priority. Vehicular access from the east corner allows for a south facing driveway that is easy to maintain in the winter, while also providing solar access for the PV panels on the roof.
